What we do

So much more than a computer club

ComputerXplorers offers a huge range of computing classes for children using an extensive variety of software programs and computer peripherals combined with our own unique curriculum and lesson plans.

Working in a variety of settings across Bristol, Bath, Trowbridge and Weston-Super-Mare - from pre-schools to schools and after school clubs, as well as hospitals, family learning community venues, science festivals, museums and anywhere children gather - ComputerXplorers delivers programmes that are both educationally rewarding and enormous fun for children - so much more than a 'computer club'.

Our programmes are always engaging, educational and, most importantly, lots of fun!

Online computing camps

Following on from our popular after school clubs and holiday workshops, to suit current condition we now are offering LIVE ONLINE computing camps.

Super value! Up to 7 hours tuition for small groups, PLUS extended use of any software.

Our online computing camps are delivered live in small groups by our fab team of expert tech leaders via Zoom – we do not use pre-recorded activity – so your child has all the input they need. AND it does not end with just the sessions themselves, children will have ongoing access to any software we use, so they can continue to develop the skills they learn at camp!

All you need at home is an internet connection and a computer: (Windows or Mac) desktop/laptop: or Chromebook. In our online classes running during Lockdown, in many instances Zoom ran Stop Motion Animation also benefits from a separate webcam, but excellent results have been obtained without!

We love sharing our excitement about the world of technology with all of the children in our classes and we are working hard to continue to share that in whatever way we can. Whether that is working with schools who continue to look after Key Workers' children or by delivering classes online we are committed to keeping the tech excitement alive!
